I have created another Tumblr blog for all my cooking adventures! This blog will continue to be for my random weird ramblings, and the fun schtuff I create for Queen Bee :)

Healthy Fruit Frozen Popsicle -
Ingredients:
16 ounces Cold Water
1 ounce Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Lemon Juice
Honey or your favorite natural sweetener to taste
Stir well all ingredients in a bowl.
Place cut up slices of fruit into your molds then pour mixture into the molds. Freeze and enjoy on these hot days ahead!
Vegan chocolate cheesecake, with melted chocolate drizzled on top, and gluten/wheat free gingersnap cookie crust.

Queen Bee will be vending at the Vancouver Mini Maker Faire June 23rd and 24th….this weekend! We are so excited to be a part of this event again!
Booth 19 at the PNE Forum, come by and see us!

A new recipe I concocted tonight. I love squash, and Kellyn doesn’t. I eat the foods he doesn’t like when he goes to his dad’s place! I was going to pull out the “good” camera for the picture, but I was simply too hungry to be bothered so I used my phone.
I am also clearly obsessing over cranberries and maple syrup too as this is my second meal this week with both ingredients….could be worse.
Anyway, this is baked acorn squash, stuffed with corn, seitan and cranberries…and topped with sage maple gravy.
It may sound a bit strange, but it’s actually really good. If you have a wheat intolerance you could easily do without the seitan.
